Squid salad with egg and Korean carrots

Salad with squid will become more elegant if you add Korean carrots to it.

  1. Hard boil eggs. To do this, fill with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, cook for 5 minutes. Then again pour cold water and cool.
  2. Rinse the squids, pour over with boiling water, clean from the films.
  3. Boil water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt. Put the squids in a pot of boiling salted water, cook for 5 minutes (2 minutes before boiling again and 3 minutes after).
  4. Cool, cut into strips.
  5. Peel eggs, chop.
  6. Chop the parsley.
  7. Mix eggs with squid meat, Korean carrots. Fill with mayonnaise. Mix.
  8. Salt (1 pinch), pepper, add parsley. Mix again. Salad with squid and carrots in Korean is ready!
  9. Ready salad with squid and Korean carrots can be served on the table.
