  1. Boil peeled potatoes until soft for 20-25 minutes. Drain the water.
  2. Mash potatoes in mashed potatoes and cool slightly.
  3. Drive in a chicken egg. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
  4. Chop the herbs (dill and parsley) and add to the filling.
  5. Stir the filling and it is ready. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  6. Cut the sausages into equal halves.
  7. Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
  8. Make an incision, but not completely.
  9. Fasten with a toothpick and open the sausage slightly.
  10. Connect the sausages in a star shape and place on a baking sheet.
  11. Put the potato filling in the middle.
  12. Smooth out the filling in the sausages. It will take about 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons for each "asterisk".
  13. Sprinkle mashed potatoes with sausages with grated mozzarella and bake in the oven.
  14. After 10-15 minutes, the "stars" are ready and brown.
