Murmansk cod is not inferior in its taste to Atlantic cod. And if you steam it, preserving the taste of fish as much as possible, then you get a completely dietary dish, tasty and healthy.

  1. Marinate the fish in milk for half an hour, then steam.
  2. Fry the capers in olive oil until crisp.
  3. For vegetable caviar. Grill vegetables whole until soft and golden brown. then peel, chop finely and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Marinate the tomatoes. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and put them in a jar or any container for pickling. Melt sugar in a little water, add honey and vinegar, bring to a boil and pour over tomatoes with this mixture.
  5. Put cod on a plate, put vegetable caviar and pickled tomato next to it.
  6. Season the spinach with oil and put next to it, garnish with olives chopped in a blender and crispy capers.
