Tender beef stewed in the oven with vegetables. Very tasty meals every day for the whole family. This meat can be eaten with your lips!

  1. Beef entrecote, weighing 1 kg, rinse and put in a duck, add 1 liter of water, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Cover with a lid and bake in the oven for 2 hours at 140 degrees. If you do not have duckweed, you can replace it with a deep pan, and use foil instead of a lid.
  3. Coarsely chop the potatoes, onions, and carrots. Put the vegetables in a deep bowl, chop the black pepper on them, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well with your hands.
  4. Take the meat out of the oven, add the vegetables and bake for another 1 hour at the same temperature.
  5. Cut the garlic into strips, add to the meat, stir and after 10 minutes turn off the oven, leave the meat in it for another 2 hours, and do not open the door to the oven.
  6. I will cut a small bunch of parsley, take the meat out of the oven, add it and mix.
  7. It can be served in portions on deep plates with broth or on a large plate. Bon appetit!
