I bring to your attention an original recipe for stewed cabbage with sausages and potatoes.

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes. In a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  2. Cut the sausages into slices and add to the fried potatoes. Add finely chopped onion to this. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Pour some vegetable oil into the second pan. Put the cabbage, chopped into thin strips. We also add carrots peeled and grated on a coarse grater.
  4. Blanch the tomato for 2 minutes in boiling water, then remove the skin from it. Rub the tomato on a fine grater and add to the pan to the cabbage and carrots. Add water, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the cabbage until tender.
  5. When the cabbage is ready, add the fried potatoes with onions and sausages, mix the cabbage with potatoes and sausages, cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Decorate stewed cabbage with sausages and potatoes with herbs and serve.

  5. When the cabbage is ready, add the fried potatoes with onions and sausages, mix the cabbage with potatoes and sausages, cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Decorate stewed cabbage with sausages and potatoes with herbs and serve.
