Strawberry cheese dessert without baking

• Sugar 6 tbsp.
• Cheese 9% 200 g
• Sour cream 15% 250 g

Directions

1. Pre-thaw strawberries or wash and clean fresh.
2. Grate cheese with sour cream.
3. Put strawberries, and cream cheese mixture in a blender and pour sugar. Beat until smooth.
