Strawberry yogurt pie

Cooking a real summer strawberry pie. Strawberry pie with yogurt and vegetable oil - tastier than cake!

Ingredients

  1. Beat eggs with salt until foamy.
  2. Add sugar. Beat again for 5 minutes.
  3. Add yogurt and vegetable oil. We beat.
  4. Sift flour, mix with baking powder and add to liquid ingredients. We mix.
  5. Add milk. We mix.
  6. Wash strawberries, remove leaves and cut into medium pieces.
  7. Dry the strawberry pieces with a paper towel and roll in flour (1 teaspoon).
  8. In a greased mold (for a cake, with a hole in the middle), spread half of the dough. Then half a strawberry. Pour the remaining batter and top with the remaining strawberries.
  9. We bake a pie with strawberries in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle the finished strawberry pie with powdered sugar.
