Cheesecake with blueberries turns out to be an unusual purple color.
Ingredients
Directions
Crush the cookies into crumbs.
Melt butter.
Mix cookies with melted butter. Distribute the resulting dough in a detachable form in the form of a cake.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat with a blender.
Mix sour cream with sugar.
Add to curd.
Wash blueberries and grind into puree.
Put a third of the cottage cheese into blueberry puree, mix thoroughly.
Prepare instant gelatin as written on the package, but no more than in a glass of water (preferably in 100 ml of water).
Add it equally to both portions of the curd mass.
In the middle of the biscuit base, alternately lay out the curd mass of different colors: first 3 tbsp. spoons of white, then 3 tbsp. purple spoons. And so, until all the curd mass is finished.
Since the blueberry portion is thinner and runnier, it should eventually completely cover the cake, covering the white areas.
Put the blueberry cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Take out the ready blueberry cheesecake from the detachable form and decorate with curd cream.
