For a fun Halloween party, I suggest cooking spicy stuffed eggs in the shape of vampire eyes. They will not only support the "ominous" atmosphere of the holiday, but will also be a delicious snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a green puree from avocado, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Make red puree from hot tomato sauce, chili powder and sour cream. Both mashed potatoes should be firm enough and not spread.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs - 5-6 minutes after boiling.
  3. (To prevent the eggs from bursting during cooking, you need to add 1 tsp salt to the pan.)
  4. Cool in cold water, peel. Cut in half and remove the yolk.
  5. Put the tomato puree in a plastic bag from the corner, twist the top edge, tightening the puree.
  6. Cut off the corner literally 0.5 mm. Squeeze red puree onto the egg white, imitating vessels.
  7. Put green avocado puree in place of the yolk.
  8. Stick half an olive in the middle of the green puree, imitating the pupil.
  9. On a plate, make a smear of green puree, put the stuffed eggs and serve. Happy holiday!
