Stuffed eggs and tomatoes

A simple snack - stuffed eggs and tomatoes. The filling is with tuna and capers. Especially good in summer.

Ingredients

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the seeds, add a little salt and turn them over to glass the water.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, peel, cut in half and remove the yolk.
  3. Grind in a blender: yolks, capers, tuna, anchovies and mayonnaise. Fill the tomatoes and eggs with the resulting mixture.
  4. Decorate the stuffed eggs and tomatoes with capers. Bon Appetit!
