Stuffed eggs are a one-bite snack. In addition, this egg snack can decorate any festive table. And of course, which is important, the cost of cooking stuffed eggs, depending on the filling, of course, is mere pennies. And do not forget about the pleasant and delicate taste. So, be sure, you will not have such a snack after the feast!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's start cooking by boiling the eggs. The first step is to wash them thoroughly. When the eggs are washed, put them in a saucepan, fill them with cold water and send them to boil. To make the eggs hard-boiled, and the yolk to be of the required consistency, bring to a boil and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  2. As soon as 10 minutes have passed, transfer the eggs to a pot of cold water. Thanks to the sharp temperature change, the eggs will clean well.
  3. It's time to move on to the rest of the ingredients. Cut the smoked salmon fillet first into strips and then into medium-sized cubes. Remember that if you wish, you can always additionally chop the fish with a knife at the end of the cut, but I would not recommend turning it into porridge.
  4. Take a couple of dill sprigs and separate the delicate greens from the stems. This is important because only the taste of the dill should be felt in the final dish, not its consistency. So you need to get rid of the tough twigs, otherwise they can spoil the taste. The dill should be finely chopped.
  5. We return to the eggs. They should have cooled down enough to continue cooking with them. Eggs must be peeled. If you cooked them according to my instructions, then there should be no problems with this.
  6. After cleaning, each egg must be cut longitudinally into 2 parts and the yolk removed from all halves.
  7. Let's move on to preparing the filling. To do this, transfer all the yolks into a deep container. Grind them roughly with a fork.
  8. Add prepared smoked salmon and dill to the yolks, as well as 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir all the ingredients until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  9. Using a teaspoon, place the fish filling into the well of the egg white. There should be enough filling to form a small mound. Usually 1.5 teaspoons of the filling is enough for me. We repeat this operation with all the halves of the eggs. Decorate each half of the stuffed eggs with a small sprig of dill.
  10. Eggs stuffed with smoked salmon are ready. You can serve them to the table.
  11. Bon Appetit!
