Stuffed zucchini with grapes

A delicious lunch or dinner for the whole family, a dish that can also be prepared for a festive table. The aroma is divine, as is the taste.

Ingredients

  1. Boil rice in salted water until half cooked and cook minced chicken. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, sprinkle with seasoning and grind in a meat grinder.
  2. Fry onions and carrots
  3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil (1 tbsp. L) and put chopped onions (1 pc) and carrots (1 pc). Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix minced meat with vegetables
  5. Add sautéing to the minced chicken, season with salt, pepper and squeeze out 1 clove of garlic. If you want to add some pungency and piquancy, then chopped hot peppers.
  6. Add egg white, chopped herbs (I have dill) and mix.
  7. Add semolina
  8. 1 tbsp. l. stir in semolina, salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
  9. Cut the zucchini into slices, h ~ 7 cm.
  10. We divide the minced meat by the number of zucchini circles.
  11. Fill the zucchini with minced meat
  12. We fill with minced meat.
  13. Fry vegetables
  14. We cut the peeled vegetables: onions, carrots, garlic and zucchini pulp. Fry in hot oil. Can be added instead of salt, soy sauce to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
  15. Put the rice in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
  16. Add vegetables to rice
  17. Add the sautéing to the rice and mix.
  18. Put the zucchini on the rice
  19. Put slices of zucchini with minced meat on the rice. Decorate the top with large Isabella grapes.
  20. Let's prepare the fill. Mix broth (or water) with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, sour cream, tomato ketchup and seasoning, salt and pepper.
  21. Fill the rice with sauce, decorate with tomato slices. We cover the mold with foil and send it to the preheated oven until the dish is cooked, ~ 30 minutes.
  22. Sprinkle herbs on the dish
  23. Sprinkle the prepared dish with herbs and serve.
