Sugar cookies

The taste can be adjusted as desired. If you like crispy - roll out the dough thinly. If you want to get soft cookies, roll out the dough about one centimeter thick.

Ingredients

• Vanilla sugar - sachets;
• Cream - 350 g;
• Flour - 750 g;
• Sugar - 170 g;
• Margarine - 250 g;
• Baking powder - 2 teaspoons.

Directions

1. You need soft margarine for cooking. It can be replaced with oil. Cover with two types of sugar and grind. The fork will help with this.
2. Pour in the sour cream. Stir.
3. Pour baking powder into the flour. Pour over the margarine.
4. Knead.
5. Cover with a sachet. Put away in the cold.
6. Shake in half an hour.
7. Cut out the figures.
8. Lay on a baking sheet. Bake for a quarter of an hour. Preheat the oven until you place the cookies.
