  1. Prepare the filling: boil semolina in milk and let cool slightly. Then add condensed milk and softened butter. Add the biscuit crumbs last. Beat the resulting mass well with a mixer and put in the refrigerator.
  2. Making a dough for nuts
  3. Beat eggs with sugar. Add softened butter and mix well. Add soda slaked with lemon juice. Add a little sifted flour, salt and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.
