Sweet and sour pork with rice

  1. Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil and add the rice. Boil as directed on the package, then drain in a colander, return to the pot and cover with foil to keep warm.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin in half lengthwise and then cut into 2 cm cubes. Cut the onion and pepper into 2 cm cubes. Peel and thinly chop the ginger and garlic. Chop the chili. Tear off the leaves from a branch of cilantro, set aside, and finely chop the stems.
