The usual scrambled eggs are transformed in an instant, just add a little raisins, sugar, milk and cinnamon. There is a minimum of products, and the dish turns out to be unusual and very tasty. A sweet omelet with milk turns out to be juicy and tender by itself, and splashes of sweet raisins and the seductive aroma of cinnamon turn the dish into a real dessert. Try it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse and dry the raisins.
  2. Combine milk and eggs in a deep bowl. Whisk the mixture lightly until smooth.

  5. Spread the raisins over the omelet and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover skillet with lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until omelet is cooked through and the raisins are warm.
  7. Fold the omelet in half.
  8. Transfer the sweet raisin and cinnamon omelet to a plate and serve.
  9. Bon Appetit!
