Sweet peppers baked with meat and rice

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the peppers, dry them, cut them into halves, peel the seeds. You can leave the stalks - they won't hurt.
  2. Stew the minced meat until tender in a separate frying pan, add salt and chili to taste.
  3. Boil rice in advance until half cooked, cool slightly.
  4. Mix the minced meat and rice, add the oregano, mix well.
  5. Put the filling in the peppers, drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot or warm with sour cream and paprika.
