Sweet rice with cashews, dried fruits and mint

You can boil rice in different ways. You can rinse with boiling water, pour into a saucepan, pour cold water in a ratio of 2 to 1. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Wait until the water boils down and remove from heat.

  1. Boil the rice until tender, rinse and dry.
  2. Cut dried apricots in half. Pick off the mint leaves.
  3. Pour the oil into a skillet and place over high heat. Pour the nuts into a frying pan, lightly fry.
  4. Add chopped dried apricots and raisins. Fry everything together until golden brown.
  5. Pour rice into a frying pan without removing from heat and mix its contents. Fry for 5-7 minutes over high heat.
  6. A minute before being ready, add mint leaves to the pan, stir and remove from heat.
