Syringe Aperol sorbet

Summer is coming to an end, and the rest of the month is a great chance to try new ways to freshen up and have fun. Do you think that you have already tried all the options? You are wrong!

Ingredients

• Lemon schweps - 400 ml;
• Sugar syrup - 400 g;
• Lime - 700-800 g;
• Gin - 3 tbsp.;
• Gelatin - 8 years

Directions

1. Soak gelatin in water.
2. From one lime you will get a peel, others clean and beat with a blender into a puree.
3. Mix lime puree, schweps, sugar syrup, and gin. Add pre-soaked gelatin and beat again with a blender.
4. Pour into molds and freeze.
