Tangerine snack made from carrots, cheese and eggs

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs (8 minutes) and carrots until tender (20-25 minutes). Cool and clean.
  2. Grate eggs and cream cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Add garlic, passed through a press, salt, black pepper and mayonnaise to the eggs with cheese. Other spices can be added to taste.
  4. Mix everything well. You should get a dense mass, from which it will be convenient to form balls. I got 4 balls.
  5. Rub the boiled carrots on a fine grater and remove excess moisture (it is convenient to do this with gauze).
  6. We cover the cutting board with cling film or a bag. Put the carrots on the film in a thin layer.
  7. In the middle we put a ball formed from a cheese and egg mixture.
  8. Carefully cover the ball with grated carrots.
  9. And we form a tangerine.
  10. We do this with all the carrot and cheese-egg mass.
  11. Ready-made "tangerines" of carrots, cheese and eggs can be decorated with a bay leaf or a sprig of dill.
