Tomato Soup is a simple, tasty, colorful and warming dish that can be cooked all year round! In summer, you can cook with fresh tomatoes, and in winter, tomato juice, prepared in season, will come to the rescue.

This soup can be eaten, for example, with rice, adding soy sauce to it. It is quite acidic and can increase pitta dosha.

If you have heartburn, be careful with this dish. But, if everything is in order with your gastrointestinal tract and you love the taste of aromatic tomatoes, rather try to cook this spicy and delicate soup!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, make cruciform cuts, remove the core, pour boiling water over.
  2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  3. Chop the cumin and coriander.
  4. Preheat a large skillet (or saucepan), add mustard, cover, wait until it "shoots", heat the oil and then add chopped cumin and coriander.
  5. Add the tomatoes, stir, add salt, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the Adyghe cheese into cubes, add to the tomatoes, add turmeric and black pepper, continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
  7. You can add water if the soup seems thick.
  8. Wash, chop the herbs, add to the soup.
  9. Turn off the heat, let the soup steep a little.
