A banana cake with crispy nut crumbs is being prepared.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease and flour a cake tin (with a hole inside) with a diameter of 23 cm.
Prepare powder. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour the butter into this mixture, mix until crumbly (you can do this in the bowl of a food processor). Add almonds, mix.
Prepare cake batter. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter, sugar, orange zest and vanilla extract with a mixer until creamy. Gradually add eggs, beating well after each. Whisking on low speed, fold in the banana puree and sour cream, then gradually fold in the flour and raisins.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with sprinkles and place in the preheated oven. Bake banana cake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the banana cake from the oven, allow to cool, and then remove from the mold.
