Tasty Blueberry muffins

Not too sweet, which I like. If you want sour muffins, you can put currants instead of blueberries.

Ingredients

  1. In one bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, honey and milk.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sifted flour (set aside one spoon for the berries), baking powder, salt, sugar.
  3. Pour the dry ingredients into the liquid ones and mix gently with a spoon. Just so that the products are combined, DO NOT beat.
  4. My blueberries were frozen, I did not defrost them. Sprinkle blueberries with flour, mix and put into the dough last.
  5. Stir the batter with a spoon and spoon into muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full.
  6. Sprinkle ground almonds mixed with sugar on top.
  7. Put the molds in an oven heated to 180-200 C. Bake for about 30 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
