  7. When the cake has completely cooled, cut it into two or three cake layers.
  8. For cream, beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar for 5-7 minutes until fluffy.

  10. On top of the carrot cake with sour cream, decorate with ground nuts.
  11. Place the finished carrot cake with sour cream and nuts in the cold for 6-8 hours.
