Dessert recipe for sweet tooth and dark chocolate fans - no-bake chocolate cake. This biscuit and chocolate cake is very rich in taste, with a delicate, soft texture!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cream is suitable only for fat. Leave the butter at room temperature to soften.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa.
  3. Add butter.
  4. Heat, stirring, until a homogeneous mass is obtained. It will take about 7 minutes.
  5. Break the shortbread cookies into pieces with your hands. I broke the cookies finely, fearing that there would be little impregnation, but my doubts turned out to be in vain, everything is perfectly soaked. Therefore, you can break cookies into larger pieces.
  6. Fill the broken cookies with the prepared chocolate-butter mass.
  7. Stir.
  8. Put in a mold (preferably detachable) and tamp.
  9. Make chocolate and cream ganache. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan without boiling.
  10. Send dark chocolate to hot cream, breaking it into pieces.
  11. Stir the chocolate and cream over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted, then remove from heat.
  12. With the finished ganache, pour the cookies with chocolate-butter impregnation into the mold.
  13. Cover the chocolate cake and place in the fridge overnight or at least a few hours.
  14. Remove the frozen chocolate cake from the refrigerator just before serving. The dessert should be well chilled so that it can be easily cut into pieces.
  15. In my case, it was quite difficult to carefully remove the cake from the mold, so if you are preparing a chocolate dessert for the festive table, use a split mold.
  16. Enjoy your meal!
