  7. The mass should become thick, lush and light (it took me 7-8 minutes).
  8. Stir in flour and cocoa powder in batches.
  9. Stir gently with a spatula from the bottom up, being careful not to disturb the airiness of the egg mass.
  10. For baking, it is better to use very small paper cupcake liners, designed for 1 tablespoon of dough (I did not find these and used medium-sized cupcake liners).
  11. Put a tablespoon of dough into each mold (it is convenient to deposit the right amount of dough through a pastry bag with a small hole).
  12. Place a cherry in the center of each cupcake.
  13. Send the cupcakes to the oven preheated to 170 ° C for 12-20 minutes (baking time depends on the power of the oven and the size of the molds. It took me 20 minutes).
  14. Remove chocolate muffins with cherries from the oven and cool.
  15. If desired, before serving, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar (I do not sprinkle).
