The avocado saved me - I added the pulp of one ripe avocado to the resulting mayonnaise and the bitterness was gone. Therefore, the most reliable option is to buy refined olive.
  2. Mayonnaise in olive oil is not a budget. In this case, you can use sunflower oil, but we recommend not to subject the resulting mayonnaise to heat treatment. Just add sauce to ready-made meals.
  3. Mayonnaise has become a salvation for us and to some extent a revelation during the experiment on giving up milk. He was a great substitute for sour cream / cream / milk in making omelets.
