  1. Fry the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon and fry two eggs in the remaining fat (in separate round portions)
  2. Peel the avocado, cut into halves, remove the seeds. Fill two avocado halves with mayonnaise, put green salad, a circle of tomato, 2 slices of bacon and a fried egg on each, cover with the second half of an avocado and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon Appetit!
