Tasty Meat salad with nuts

Salad with beef and nuts can be prepared at any time, but thanks to the original serving and piquant taste, this salad will not get lost on the festive table.

  1. Pre-boil the beef for the salad. To do this, boil water in a saucepan, dip a piece of meat into it. Bring water to a boil, remove all foam, reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid.
  2. Cook meat until tender, about 50 minutes. The finished meat should be easily pierced with a sharp knife. Salt and pepper to taste while cooking. Cool the meat in the broth.
  3. Boil eggs hard boiled (9 minutes after boiling water), cool and peel.
  4. Cut the peeled eggs into cubes.
  5. Remove the beef from the broth and cut into cubes.
  6. Pickled cucumbers also cut into cubes.
  7. To dress meat salad, mix mayonnaise with garlic, passed through a press.
  8. We will lay out the salad in layers. Put meat on the bottom of a glass, bowl or serving ring, distribute evenly and grease with garlic mayonnaise.
  9. Put pickled cucumbers in the next layer and grease with mayonnaise.
  10. Put a layer of chopped eggs on top of the cucumbers, grease with mayonnaise.
  11. Repeat all layers again.
  12. Sprinkle the salad with chopped walnuts on top.
  13. Delicious layered meat salad with nuts is ready.
