Tasty Potato and fish cutlets

Very tasty, hearty and tender cutlets are obtained according to this recipe. They are prepared from mashed potatoes and mackerel, with a vegetable filling inside.

Ingredients

  1. Wash, peel, finely chop the carrots.
  2. Pour 20 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan, put carrots and fry them over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Peel the potatoes, put in a ladle, add water and salt. Boil for 20 minutes. Crush with a potato crush.
  4. Cut the mackerel in half lengthwise, remove the ridge, bones and skin. Cut the fillet into small pieces or twist it in a meat grinder.
  5. Finely chop the parsley and dill.
  6. Chop the horseradish finely too.
  7. Put mackerel, herbs, horseradish with mashed potatoes. Season with salt, add ground pepper. Knead the minced meat well.
  8. Take some minced meat. Put 0.5 teaspoon of carrots inside. Form a cutlet.
  9. Roll it in flour on all sides.
  10. Then dip it in an egg, whisk it a little with a fork.
  11. Then roll the cutlet in breadcrumbs.
  12. Thus, form all the cutlets from the minced meat.
  13. Pour oil into the pan. Put it on medium heat and after 30 seconds place all the cutlets formed. Fry them over moderate heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  14. These are the mouth-watering cutlets!
