Spanish tortilla - a delicious and hearty dish of potatoes and eggs, with cheese and tomatoes - will decorate the table and delight you not only with its appearance, but also with its wonderful taste.

  1. First of all, let's prepare the tortilla fill. In a bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, add Provencal herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Using a whisk, beat the mixture until smooth.
  3. Grate hard cheese, cut feta into cubes. Place both types of cheese in a bowl with the egg and sour cream mixture. Let's mix.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out the potato circles overlapping in one layer. Sprinkle the potatoes on top with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs. Let's make another layer of potatoes.
  5. Cut the onion into half or quarter rings. We spread the onion over the potatoes.
  6. Fill the potatoes and onions with the previously cooked egg-sour cream filling with cheese.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Place the tomato slices on top of the tortilla in no particular order.
  8. We send the form with the tortilla to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  9. The potato tortilla with cheese and tomatoes is ready!
  10. Cut the Spanish tortilla into portions and serve hot, garnished with a sprig of thyme.
