An easy way to make delicious chocolate muffins at home.

Ingredients

  1. Mix sugar and softened butter in one bowl.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Pour in milk.
  4. Mix.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa and almond flour.
  6. Mix.
  7. Combine contents of two bowls.
  8. Mix very thoroughly.
  9. Pour small pieces of dark chocolate into the dough and mix.
  10. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Line a cake pan with parchment paper and brush with butter. Pour the dough into the mold.
  11. Bake the chocolate cake in the oven for about an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick. When ready, take it out of the oven immediately.
  12. Let the chocolate cake cool completely.
  13. Melt some white chocolate in a water bath.
  14. Add a little milk and stir the glaze until smooth.
  15. Decorate the chocolate cupcake with the resulting white chocolate icing.
