  1. Boil rice.
  2. Turn on the wok on maximum heat on the gas stove. 15 seconds heat the empty wok. - pour the coconut oil - after 15 seconds add the onion and garlic to the wok. - after 10 seconds, throw in the squid and shrimp.
  3. Stir constantly - after 1 minute, break 2 eggs, beat with a spatula so that the eggs are divided into many hard small particles. - after 15 seconds, throw in the tomato slices, continue stirring. - after 10 seconds add boiled rice, pour it with a mixture of soy sauce and sugar, sprinkle with hot pepper to taste and mix everything for the next 3 minutes
