The most delicious Potatoes with chicken

The potatoes are microwaved and served with fried chicken, sour cream and cheese.

Ingredients

• Potatoes - 4 pcs. (180 g each)
• Fried chicken (in barbecue sauce) (cut into pieces) - 1 and 1/3 cups
• Cheddar cheese (shredded on a grater) - 60 g
• Sour cream - 0.5 cups
• Green onions (chopped) - 2 pcs.

Directions

1. Pierce the potatoes with a fork in several places. Microwave the potatoes until soft.
2. Meanwhile, mix sour cream with 2 tbsp. spoons of onions. Set aside.
3. Remove the potatoes from the microwave and place the chicken meat there, heat until hot.
4. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, but not until the end. Loosen the pulp in halves with a fork.
5. Top with chicken meat, pour over sour cream and sprinkle with cheese and the remaining onions.
