  1. In a large whisking bowl, beat the butter for 3 minutes until fluffy, add sugar, beat. Add vegetable oil, rum and vanilla extract, beat. Add eggs one by one and yolks, beat.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and cornstarch.
  3. Add half of the free-flowing flour mixture to our cup and whisk. Add half of the yogurt and beat. Also add the remaining flour and kefir.
  4. Whip the cream in a separate cup until stiff peaks and add to the cup, mix gently and put in a muffin tin, previously greased with vegetable oil. We place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
  5. We prepare the syrup: dissolve sugar and water, put on the stove - boil. Cool and add rum. Lubricate the still warm cake with this syrup, using a brush. Lubricate, let the syrup soak in and repeat several times until the syrup runs out.
  6. Frosting Preparation: Mix all the ingredients for the frosting until smooth and pour over the cake.
  7. Store cake in the refrigerator.
