Thin pizza with sausage

Thin pizza with sausage

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water with sugar (leave for 15 minutes).
  2. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, make a depression, pour yeast into it, stir, add 2 tbsp. l olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough with your hands. Place in a bowl, cover with a towel, leave warm for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the filling into thin slices.
  5. Roll out the dough (one large pizza or 2 small ones). The dough should be 2-3 mm thick. I didn’t make a side.
  6. Preheat the oven to 230 °.
  7. Grease the dough with homemade ketchup. Arrange mozzarella, sausage, tomatoes, mozzarella again.
  8. Put the pizza on the bottom shelf of the oven for 8-10 minutes.
