A simple recipe for the most delicate tiramisu in glasses. Incredibly light, very tasty and easy to prepare Italian dessert. Sponge cookies soaked in fragrant coffee, combined with airy butter cream with mascarpone cheese - the Tiramisu dessert is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  1. Beat the yolks and sugar in a fluffy light mass, until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add mascarpone cream cheese at room temperature to the beaten egg yolks. Mix until smooth.
  3. Beat the chilled heavy cream into a fluffy strong mass.
  4. We combine the cheese mass with whipped cream (cream is added in parts) and gently mix with a spatula from the bottom up.
  5. Make strong coffee and let it cool down. For taste, you can add a little good cognac or coffee liqueur to coffee (if you don’t want to, you can not add it).
  6. Savoyardi biscuit cookies (broken in half) are dipped in coffee for 1-2 seconds and immediately removed. You do not need to keep the cookies in coffee for a long time, otherwise they will fall apart.
  7. Immediately put the cookies in the glasses at the bottom. Then spread some cream. And again - cookies and cream.
  8. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator to chill, at least 2 hours.
  9. Sprinkle the chilled dessert with cocoa (take a good cocoa powder).
  10. Dessert "Tiramisu" decorate as you wish.
  11. Enjoy your meal!
