Toast with scrambled eggs and feta cheese

The recipe for a very simple, hearty and delicious breakfast - toasts with an appetizing hat made from cheese omelet with herbs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Shake eggs with milk.
  2. (I did not use salt in the dish, as the cheese is quite salty on its own.)
  3. In half the butter, lightly fry the slices of bread on both sides.
  4. In a separate skillet, heat the remaining oil, add the omelet mixture and add the chopped herbs.
  5. Cook the omelet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes and when it begins to thicken, add the cheese crumbled into pieces. Stir.
  6. Stir with a spatula, bring the omelet to full readiness, it will take another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Place the cheese omelet on top of the prepared toast and serve hot.
