I offer healthy tomato juice for children and adults.

  1. 1. Cut clean ripe tomatoes into 4 pieces. Place in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Steam over low heat, i.e. bring to a boil but do not boil.
  3. 3. Cool the mass a little and wipe it in small portions through a colander. You can wipe it with a pusher.
  4. 4. Seeds and skins remain in a colander, they will not be needed.
  5. 5. Boil the juice itself in a saucepan, remove the foam, and add salt and sugar to taste. Who loves. The juice is ready to drink, but for long-term storage, pour into sterile jars and sterilize for 5-7 minutes in boiling water. Roll up with sterile, boiled lids.
