Tomato soup made from baked tomatoes and peppers

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees, cut the fruits of the tomatoes with a cross, cut the peppers in half.
  2. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with olive oil, fill the cuts with rosemary, place in an already preheated oven for a third of an hour.
  3. Remove the rosemary from the tomatoes, remove the skin from the fruit, mix them in a blender, chop until puree.
  4. Stir vegetable puree with tomato juice, heat it to a boil.
  5. Boil the tomato soup of baked tomatoes and peppers for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Season with pepper, salt, add olive oil and stir.
