Simple dough today, but unusual cooked. And the filling of minced meat and boiled potatoes, in which we will combine all the most delicious.

  6. Let the smooth and elastic dough lie for a couple of hours.
  7. During this time, you can easily prepare the filling. Cook the potatoes, mash them in mashed potatoes and cool. (In equal quantities, we take minced meat and boiled potatoes.) Add soy sauce, ginger, pepper and salt to the minced meat. Pour in water and mix the minced meat well.
  8. Chop the green onion and add to the minced meat. Add cooled potatoes and mix everything. Let the filling stand. There are a lot of fillings.
  9. Divide the dough and filling into eight equal parts. To work with the dough, sprinkle flour on the table and hands (the dough continues to stick slightly).
  10. Form a small cake out of a dough bun, put a ball of filling in the center.
  11. Sprinkling flour on our hands, we begin to pull the edges of the dough to the center, closing the filling. The dough is pliable and stretches very well. Put the resulting stuffed koloboks on a board sprinkled with flour, and put them aside, let them lie down for a couple of minutes.
  12. Preheat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
  13. We stretch the blanks-koloboks into small cakes on a table sprinkled with flour.
  14. Fry stuffed cakes. If everything is done correctly and accurately, the cakes will inflate when frying. Cook the cakes over moderate heat, a couple of minutes on each side (turn over a couple of times).
  15. There are a lot of fillings and they are delicious. The dough is simple and cool!
