TRUE MEXICAN GUACAMOLE

This incredibly tasty, healthy, and at the same time simple snack has Aztec roots. It's hard to believe, but the now popular dish was prepared by South American tribes hundreds of years ago. Today, guacamole is a favorite of gourmets who follow a healthy lifestyle, as well as vegans and vegetarians. This is not surprising, because avocados are rich in useful vegetable fats and trace elements.

  1. Finely chop the onion and prepare the marinade: add about 15 g to 100 ml of boiling water
  2. wine vinegar, 2 coriander seeds, a pinch of salt, and half a spoon of sugar. Cool the marinade and pour it over the finely chopped onion, put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Blanch the tomato, peel it, and prepare the concise: cut into slices - remove the seeds from the tomato, cut into small cubes. Sprinkle the chopped tomato with olive oil.
  4. Cut each avocado fruit in half, remove the stones and carefully remove the flesh with a spoon. Do not throw away empty halves from the skin!
  5. Puree with a fork into a pulp. Add chopped chili or jalapeno to the avocado, salt to taste, tomatoes, a little chopped cilantro to taste, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  6. Serve guacamole in halves of avocado peel, garnishing with concise and pickled onions.
  7. Top with guacamole cilantro and, if desired, freshly ground black pepper.
