  1. Break dark and milk chocolate into pieces.
  2. Boil the cream.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the sugar from 1 tbsp. l of water to form caramel.
  4. Add warm cream, butter, and chocolate to the caramel.
  5. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
  6. Cover the tray or sheet with parchment and pour the chocolate mass. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Lay the parchment together with the cream on the work surface. And cut into small squares.
  8. Sprinkle your hands with cocoa and download the squares into a round shape.
  9. Place on a serving platter, sprinkle with cocoa, and refrigerate for half an hour.
