Tuna salad with white beans

The main ingredients of this salad are canned tuna and beans. It is very easy to open the jars, take out the food, put them in a salad bowl and add juicy lettuce, parsley, carrots and red onions. Season the salad with aromatic olive oil. This salad will always help out when you need to cook something very quick and tasty. The salad turns out to be quite nutritious and rich, so it can be both an excellent independent dish and an addition to dinner.

  1. Cut the red onion into very thin half rings.
  2. Marinate the onions in a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Cut the carrots into large but very thin slices.
  4. Place the slices of carrots in a saucepan and cover with hot salted water. Cook for no more than one minute.
  5. Put canned tuna in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  6. Place the carrots on a sieve and cool. It should remain with a slight crunch.
  7. Separate the canned beans from the liquid. Remove the red onion from the filling. Rinse lettuce leaves with water and dry.
  8. We send tuna, beans, carrots, pickled onions, parsley and lettuce to the salad bowl (you can tear them with your hands).
  9. Stir and season with olive oil. Try if you need to add salt.
  10. Let the salad steep a little.
  11. Tuna salad with white beans is ready.
