Turkey cutlets with rice

  1. Rinse the rice well and boil it until half cooked for 15 minutes. Grind the turkey fillet. Chop the dill finely. Mix minced meat with rice, add dill, salt, pepper to taste and 3 tbsp. very cold water.
  2. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly and form small patties, roll them in flour.
  3. Put the meatballs in a deep frying pan and fry over low heat until tender for 10-12 minutes.
