Turkey cutlets with rice in a double boiler

Delicious, juicy and soft turkey and rice cutlets! I cook with fillets, which makes this dish healthier.

  1. Grind the onion and turkey in a blender (or pass through a meat grinder).
  2. Stir the minced turkey, chopped onion and yolk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then, add a little water (so that the dough is juicier and softer) and boiled rice. We mix.
  3. We form cutlets (about the size of a tablespoon). If the minced meat sticks to your hands, soak your hands in cold water. It turns out about 18 cutlets. Then, put in a double boiler and cook for 30 minutes.
