Turkey fillet in foil - a delicious and healthy recipe

A simple and quick recipe will tell you how to cook turkey fillets in foil. The finished dish in hot form goes well with any side dish, and in the cold is suitable for sandwiches.

Ingredients

• 1 kg of turkey;
• 4-5 cloves of garlic;
• 50-100 g of mustard strictly with seeds;
• salt pepper.

Directions

1. Stuff the washed and dried meat with garlic, and cut it into thin slices. To do this, make deep cuts in the piece and push the garlic cloves there.
