Turkey keto cutlets with herbs

These turkey fillet patties are low carb, gluten free. Turkey is a light proteinaceous meat with a neutral taste that goes well with any side dishes and sauces. These cutlets are unusual in taste, as they contain thyme and rosemary herb. The herbs can be substituted to your taste, dried and fresh greens can be used.

  1. Wash the turkey portions and wipe off excess moisture with a paper towel.
  2. Season one side of the patty with half the salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  4. After the oil is hot, transfer the turkey patties to the skillet with the seasoned side down. Season the other side of the patty with the remaining seasonings, cover.
  5. Fry over medium heat on one side for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Turn the patties over, cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
