Today we will cook turkey fillet rolls. The filling is simple - mushrooms, eggs and cheese, but very tasty. For juiciness, bake dryish poultry fillet in sour cream. The rolls are tender, with a pleasant creamy taste and mushroom aroma. Such a dish will also be appropriate on a festive table.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. I have oyster mushrooms, you can use any mushrooms.
  3. You will also need 200 ml of hot water for baking.
  4. Pour the eggs in a saucepan with cold water and cook for 8-10 minutes after boiling the water. Then we cool the eggs in cold water and peel.
  5. In parallel, peel the onion, rinse and cut into thin half rings.
  6. We wash the oyster mushrooms, cut off the hard legs. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (1 tablespoon) and fry the onion for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Add mushrooms to the onion and fry over medium heat until cooked (5-10 minutes, depending on the chosen mushrooms and their slicing).
  9. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  10. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
  11. Combine fried mushrooms with onions, eggs and cheese in a bowl. Mix the filling.
  12. Cut the turkey meat into plates 0.5-1 cm thick (I got 4 pieces). We beat off, salt and pepper on both sides.
  13. We spread the filling on the edge of each layer. We roll each piece of stuffed turkey into a roll and fasten it with wooden skewers.
  14. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  15. Heat vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons) in a frying pan and spread the rolls seam down.
  16. Fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides, until golden brown.
  17. Then we free the rolls from the skewers.
  18. Put the fried turkey rolls in a baking dish in one layer. Add 200 ml of hot water.
  19. Pour sour cream on top of the rolls. We poison in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until tender (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).

  21. Such a dish will look good on a festive table, especially on a New Year's one.
