Spicy, spicy marinade on beer, with honey and soy sauce, is perfect for tender chicken meat. You can pickle not only chicken barbecue fillets, but also any other parts of the bird; then increase the marinating and frying time.

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for the chicken skewers.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
  3. For the marinade, combine chili flakes, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add beer, honey, soy sauce and oil. Mix thoroughly the marinade on the beer.
  5. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, about 3 cm in size.
  6. Place the chicken fillet pieces in the beer, honey and soy sauce marinade. Stir and cover with cling film. Place the chicken in the barbecue marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Soak wooden skewers in cold water an hour before grilling chicken skewers so they won't burn.
  8. Thread fillet pieces tightly onto skewers.
  9. Chicken skewers can be grilled or grilled. Periodically turn the skewers with chicken meat, pour over the marinade.
  10. On coals, chicken meat will be ready in 10 minutes, in a grill pan - in 5-7.
